Hello, I'm Anita Lazar, and I'm delighted to share a little about my journey in the world of wellness. With over 12 years of experience, my passion lies in helping people achieve their best physical and mental well-being.
My expertise is built on a strong foundation of diverse experiences. I've had the privilege of working as a Spa Treatment Supervisor at the prestigious Fota Island Resort 5* in Ireland, where I led and controlled the Therapist Team, ensuring the highest standards during spa treatments and even conducting in-house trainings for therapists. I also served as a Senior Spa Therapist at Fota Island Resort.
One of the most enriching chapters of my career was my time as a Spa / Massage / Beauty Therapist with One Spa World on Celebrity Cruises 7* in the Bahamas. I honed my skills in a dynamic, high-end environment, providing a wide array of beauty and massage treatments to an international clientele. It was an incredible experience that broadened my perspective and refined my ability to cater to individual needs.
My commitment to continuous learning is reflected in my extensive education. I am a Licensed Sport and Physio Therapist, having studied at the Massage Academy in Budapest, Hungary. I further specialized in Spa Facial, Beauty, and Massage Therapy at the Steiner Massage Academy in London. I also hold a QQI Level 6 certification in Supervisory Management (6N4329) from ETB UCC, Cork.
Always striving to expand my knowledge, I've pursued specialized training in Cancer Aware Massage (CIBTAC) and Dry Needling. I've also completed VOYA Training Academy for Seaweed Treatments, Body Modul, and Menopause Treatments.
My hands-on skills encompass a wide range of therapeutic and relaxation techniques, including Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, and Nurturing Pregnancy Massage. I'm also proficient in unique modalities like Bamboo massage, Anti-cellulite massage, Aqua Healing, Chakra Healing, and Hammam body rituals. I have experience working with esteemed brands such as Comfort Zone, Voya, Ground, and Elemis.
